Pavi brings over twenty years of experience delivering large-scale business transformation and programme delivery initiatives across life & pensions, asset management, custody, fund administration and investment banking operations. Her expertise spans target operating model design, regulatory transformation, operational migrations, client onboarding, and complex global change programmes across financial services.
She has led a £10m multi-year transformation programme in Lloyds Banking Group/Scottish Widows to launch a new workplace pension default proposition. In this role, she oversaw cross-functional delivery across investments, ESG strategy, private markets, asset transitions, customer journeys and operating model development, while managing governance, regulatory compliance, consumer duty requirements and executive stakeholder engagement. More recently she has been working extensively with Trustees and Lloyds Banking Group to plan the asset transition of the £6bn Lloyds pension portfolio from Willis Towers Watson to Scottish Widows.
Prior to this, Pavi held senior transformation and programme leadership roles at organisations including State Street, Société Générale, Citi, Barclays and Standard Life. Her experience includes leading a £300bn global asset transition programme at State Street, directing a £20m global client onboarding transformation programme at Société Générale across multiple asset classes and regulatory regimes, and delivering large-scale operating model and offshore transition programmes involving organisational migrations of over 100 roles, spanning UK, Europe, US and Asia.
Throughout her career, Pavi has built a strong reputation for leading complex cross-border programmes, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement, and building trusted relationships with senior executives, regulators, trustees, suppliers and global delivery teams. Her expertise encompasses Agile and SDLC delivery methodologies, governance and risk management, regulatory change, and large-scale transformation within highly matrixed environments.
Pavi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Open University.
